🎯 What You’ll Do
Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents that automate real operational workflows
Own the entire agent lifecycle — discovery, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production
Work directly with customers to deeply understand their workflows, systems, data, and constraints, and translate them into reliable technical solutions
Build and configure integrations with customer systems and third-party tools using APIs and custom logic
Debug live production issues, improve reliability, and continuously raise the bar on agent performance
Write high-quality backend and application code to support agent workflows and infrastructure
Partner closely with Product and Platform teams, using customer deployments to inform roadmap and platform improvements

🙌 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
Are comfortable working across backend, integrations, and application logic
Have hands-on experience with TypeScript and APIs
Have built or deployed AI / LLM-powered systems in production, including prompting and tuning
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership
Are a clear communicator, comfortable working with customers and non-technical stakeholders
Have a strong builder mindset — you ship, iterate, and take responsibility for outcomes
💯 Nice to Have
Prior experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or as a founder / early startup engineer
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
Experience with cloud infrastructure and production deployments
