About the Role
We are seeking a high-Caliber, customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and real-world enterprise execution.
You will embed directly with client stakeholders to architect, build, and deploy production-grade full-stack AI solutions and data pipelines. Your mission is to untangle complex enterprise workflows, architect robust agentic frameworks, and drive the seamless integration and long-term adoption of AI across diverse industry domains.

Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Deployment
· Deploy and implement enterprise AI solutions in customer environments
· Build production-ready GenAI applications and AI-powered workflows
· Configure and integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms and APIs
· Support end-to-end AI implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment
AI Engineering & Development
· Build AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation systems
· Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
· Build and maintain frontend applications using React or modern web frameworks
· Implement RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and AI orchestration workflows
· Integrate vector databases, APIs, and cloud-based AI services
Customer & Stakeholder Management
· Work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
· Understand customer pain points and translate them into AI solutions
· Drive AI adoption and implementation success
· Provide technical guidance, demos, and deployment support
Data & Platform Integration
· Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms
· Work with structured/unstructured data pipelines
· Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams
· Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI systems
Required Skills
- Backend & APIs: Strong proficiency in Python and modern API frameworks like FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
- Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (specifically React) to build intuitive user interfaces for AI applications.
- Data Engineering: Solid foundation in SQL and data engineering principles to manipulate, clean, and structure enterprise data pipelines.
- Cloud & Modern Data Stack: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and unified data analytics platforms like Databricks.
- AI Foundations: A strong conceptual and practical understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) paradigms and Agentic AI systems.
- Orchestration: Experience with workflow orchestration tools and complex system integrations.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
1. Domain Expertise: Prior experience working within or consulting for the Pharma, FinTech, or Supply Chain industries.
2. Advanced AI Frameworks: Practical exposure to specialized AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph).
