Role
We’re looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers and help deploy AI systems into real operational workflows.
You’ll work across engineering, product, AI, and customer operations — understanding workflows, building integrations, configuring automations, debugging issues, and turning customer pain points into scalable product features.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both building systems and working directly with users.
Compensation
- ₹15L – ₹40L INR base salary
- Meaningful early-stage equity
What You’ll Do
Deploy and configure AI-powered workflows for customers
Build integrations, automations, and internal tools
Work directly with users to understand operational problems
Debug workflows, integrations, and AI outputs
Translate customer needs into product improvements
Partner closely with product and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Comfortable working directly with customers
Experience shipping production systems
Ability to work across the stack when needed
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
Helpful Experience
AI agents, LLMs, RAG, workflow automation
React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Postgres
APIs, integrations, internal tools, cloud infrastructure
Enterprise SaaS or customer-facing technical roles
