Forward Deployed Engineer – Voice AI

About the role:
Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise Voice AI deployments — from solution design and prompt engineering to production go-live. Highly customer-facing engineering role sitting across AI, integration, and customer success.
You'll do:
- Own customer onboarding: discovery → solution design → UAT → go-live
- Design and optimize prompts for production AI voice/chat agents
- Configure multilingual, multi-step conversational workflows with CRM/API/DB integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues across app, AI, telephony, integration layers
- Own QA for AI agents pre-deployment
You need:
- 1-3 yrs SWE/Solutions Engineering/FDE in B2B SaaS or AI company
- Strong Python and/or Go, production-grade
- Hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs
- Understanding of ASR/TTS/LLM/Conversational AI
- SIP/VoIP/CPaaS exposure — strong plus
