Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer with strong technical expertise in AI projects to drive product delivery of voice-enabled customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Healthcare sectors, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI-powered customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Engineering
● Design and develop AI-powered customer service solutions using Contiinex speech analytics and voice bot technologies
● Integrate Contiinex products into BFSI and Healthcare client eco-system
● Create and optimize voice bot workflows and attributes for customer interaction scenarios
● Develop Python-based applications and integrations for customer service automation
● Build and maintain speech analytics pipelines for customer interaction analysis
Client Engagement & Solution Design
● Work closely with US & India Enterprise clients to understand their customer service requirements
● Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered solutions
● Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients
● Support pre-sales & integration activities with technical expertise
Implementation & Integration
● Deploy and integrate voice bot solutions into existing customer service infrastructures
● Implement speech analytics tools for call center optimization and customer insights
● Configure and customize Contiinex AI tools for specific industry requirements (BFSI/Healthcare)
● Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems, telephony platforms, and other enterprise tools
● Develop APIs and middleware for third-party system integrations
Quality Assurance & Optimization
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics of deployed AI solutions
● Conduct quality assurance testing for voice bot interactions and speech analytics accuracy
● Optimize model performance based on real-world usage data and feedback
● Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions
● Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement of AI systems
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
● B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or related technical field
● Advanced degree (M.Tech/MBA) preferred but not mandatory
Technical Skills
Core Programming:
● 3-5 years of hands-on Python development experience
● Experience with RESTful API development and integration
● Manage database operations, including schema design, optimization, and queries using MySQL/MSSQL.
● Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions, with a working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP deployments.
● Hands-on experience with Docker for application deployment and scaling.
● Experience with writing LLM prompts, and speech bot workflows.
AI & Speech Technologies:
● Hands-on experience with voice bot development and deployment
● Working knowledge of speech analytics tools and platforms
● Familiarity with AI/ML tools
