📍 Remote | Based in India

What you’ll do
- Act as a technical partner to customers—translating business needs into working systems and ensuring successful adoption
- Embed directly into customer workflows to understand real problems, constraints, and edge cases
- Build and deploy AI-driven systems that run in production—not just demos or pilots
- Prototype quickly, ship early versions, and iterate based on real usage
- Work across engineering, product, and customer teams to turn field insights into scalable solutions
- Own outcomes end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement
Who you are
- 3–7 years of strong client-facing experience building and operating production systems
- Strong hands-on engineering skills (Python preferred)
- Proven experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or business teams in high-impact environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and real-world constraints
- A systems thinker who designs workflows—not just features
- Naturally curious, enjoys digging into roadblocks, and gets things done
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have: Experience with agent-based AI systems, AI orchestration, or automation where systems take action—not just generate output
