We're looking for an early-career Forward Deployed Engineer with strong fundamentals to own delivery for a single client, hands-on with code, feature builds, and bug fixes, working closely with FDE 2s and FDE 3s for guidance as you grow.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for a single client engagement end-to-end.
- Write clean, production-grade code for feature builds.
- Triage, debug, and fix issues to keep client systems reliable.
- Work closely with FDE 2s and FDE 3s for architectural and delivery guidance.
- Communicate progress and blockers directly with client stakeholders.
- Travel on-site as needed to support client delivery.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, clean code, debugging.
- Comfort working independently while asking for help early.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with clients.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore and travel as needed.
Nice To Have
- Prior internship or project experience in a fast-paced engineering team.
- Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and PM tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar).
- Prior startup or high-growth environment experience.
