About True Sparrow

True Sparrow is a product design and engineering services company. We partner with enterprises and startups across North America and Europe, embedding deeply with their teams as a trusted extension of their organization. We are a small, fully remote team of builders who care about craft and ship work we are proud of.

The Role

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Forward Deployed AI Product Manager to work on our client's AI-powered Quality Management platform. This is an agentic AI platform that evaluates voice interactions and coaches human agents in real-time.

This is a staffing augmentation role where you will be working as an extension of our client’s team. You'll work side-by-side with a collaborative global team of product managers, engineers, and professional services specialists to onboard large enterprise customers; understand their business workflows; and drive the design, configuration, and launch of customized agentic AI solutions.

This role blends technical product management with hands-on AI workflow design, prompt engineering, and customer-facing deployment ownership. You will spend a significant part of your time directly with enterprise customers: running discovery conversations, clarifying requirements, mapping workflows, aligning stakeholders, and turning customer needs into clear plans for engineers and implementation teams.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy ambiguity, love shipping quickly, and can translate messy business requirements into clear flow diagrams, product requirements, evaluation criteria, and launch plans.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in discovery conversations with enterprise customers to understand their QA workflows, what they grade their human agents on, what their compliance needs are, and how they coach.
  • Configure the platform. Set up scoring rubrics, write detailed prompts that evaluate calls, configure real-time alerts, and write evals.
  • Identify recurring customer needs, gaps, and integration patterns, and turn them into user stories and roadmap recommendations.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple customer requirements across stakeholders, tracking decisions, open questions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
  • Turn scattered inputs from customers, product managers, engineers, and implementation teams into a clear source of truth for each deployment.
  • Monitor live deployments, triage issues, reproduce failures, communicate customer impact, and partner with engineers to drive resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management or AI implementation consulting.
  • Working times: 3pm to 12:30am IST. Since you will be working very closely with our US-based client and their customers, this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Outstanding Communication: Whether you're leading a customer discovery call, presenting a Lucid workflow to enterprise stakeholders, writing requirements for engineers, or explaining launch tradeoffs to a product manager, you make complex ideas clear and keep everyone aligned.
  • Significant customer-facing experience. You are comfortable leading calls with enterprise customers, asking sharp questions, and handling ambiguity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management. You can coordinate many moving parts across customers, engineers, product managers, and implementation teams without losing track of decisions, dependencies, or deadlines.
  • Strong requirements-management skills. You can turn messy conversations, scattered notes, and competing asks into clear requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and next steps.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills. You have opinions about what works, what fails, and how to systematically improve AI outputs.
  • Hands-on experience designing or shipping agentic AI workflows, chat agents, or LLM-powered internal tools.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers. You do not need to be the strongest coder in the room, but you can explain requirements clearly, understand technical constraints, discuss implementation tradeoffs, and help unblock delivery.
  • You have incredible attention to detail.
  • You have a strong bias toward action, ownership, and shipping. You treat every customer deployment as if your name is on the product. 'Not my problem' isn't in your vocabulary. You do whatever it takes to get customers live without sacrificing quality.
  • Tons of patience. Designing reliable AI workflows requires iteration, judgment, and calm persistence.

Why Join True Sparrow

  • Agentic AI is the thing; it's real. You will be helping deploy with one of the very few platforms at the forefront of the Voice AI revolution.
  • Meaningful impact. Every workflow you design and every agent you help launch runs in a real enterprise contact center.
  • Remote-first culture.
  • A small team that gets it. You'll work alongside senior engineers, designers, product thinkers, and client teams who have shipped with enterprise clients across the globe.
