We are actively recruiting for Entry-Level Diesel Mechanics.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on heavy-duty diesel engines, service rigs, pumps, and fleet equipment while learning from experienced mechanics.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Inspect equipment and identify wear, damage, or needed repairs
- Disassemble and reassemble components under supervision
- Learn to perform industry-standard inspections (API, DOT, OEM)
- Maintain service records using digital maintenance systems
- Support field repairs alongside experienced technicians
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Ability to safely use hand tools and shop equipment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional travel if needed
Bonus (not required):
- Internship or co-op experience
- Welding or fabrication exposure
