About the role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team in developing a next-generation user interface for robotic systems. This role centers on building a highly responsive and intuitive front-end experience using React, Angular, of similar framework, and supporting advanced features like video streaming, interactive mapping, and command and control (C2) of autonomous and robotic systems.
The ideal candidate is front-end focused, with strong full-stack capabilities, particularly in Java, JavaScript/Typescript, Spring / REST / OpenAPI, and MQTT or other AsyncAPI. Experience integrating with cloud infrastructure and physical systems (automotive, robotics, IoT) is ideal.
What you'll do:
Lead the development of a modern, highly responsive front-end application using React, Angular, or other framework to support robotic system interfaces.
Design and implement a seamless and intuitive user experience for real-time video streaming, mapping, and C2 functions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product stakeholders to translate mockups (e.g. Figma) into high-quality code.
Integrate front-end components with robust REST APIs built using Java and Spring Boot.
Ensure real-time performance and responsiveness in video, telemetry, and control data visualization.
Implement interactive mapping and GIS components (e.g., maps, geo-location, overlays, mission planning).
Contribute to architecture decisions with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Troubleshoot issues across the stack and improve application reliability.
Collaborate closely with robotics, cloud, and back-end teams to deliver end-to-end features.
