Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support our Operations field and management teams. This hands-on role involves a blend of administrative tasks, internal and external communications, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to coordinate travel logistics for new hire orientation attendees, training classes, and occasional support of company-wide meetings and events. Address all travel or other logistical issues as they occur.
  • Assist in the coordination of on-site training sessions with internal departments and vendors. Compose correspondence to all involved.
  • Plan the catering for training sessions, monthly new hire orientation, and events as needed.
  • Coordinate weekend and vacation on-call scheduling system for all field operation locations. Work directly with the answering service and managers to coordinate locations across all time zones.
  • Assist and support the planning and coordination of ForTec’s Annual National Meeting and local office celebrations.
  • Provide administrative and project support to Operations Leadership
  • Coordinate ForTec uniform purchases for new hires and annual replenishments
