Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a 2- 4 yearsFormulation Scientist looking for in Panvel, The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for conducting R&D activities, developing formulations, performing laboratory experiments, and contributing to technology transfer projects. The scientist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain quality compliance in all projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and experience in conducting precise experiments.
- Expertise in Technology Transfer and the ability to adapt formulations for manufacturing scalability.
- Hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D) and designing innovative pharmaceutical solutions.
- Proficiency in Formulation development processes and techniques, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Strong Research capabilities for comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP compliance standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Master’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
