At TechInvention, we are looking for a Formulation & Filling Unit Head to lead our vaccine manufacturing operations and drive excellence in sterile production.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in sterile manufacturing, preferably in vaccines, to lead formulation, filling, and aseptic processing operations.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in aseptic manufacturing environments (preferably vaccines)
* Hands-on expertise with filling lines in isolator systems
* Strong understanding of formulation and sterile fill-finish processes (PFS and vials)
* Experience with WHO Prequalification (WHO PQ)-compliant sites
* Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performance manufacturing teams
Experience & Qualification
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
* Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
