Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Formulation Chemist. The Formulation Chemist will be responsible for product development, ensuring precise formulations, conducting research and development (R&D), and supporting innovation in skincare products. Additional responsibilities include performing quality control, maintaining laboratory protocols, and analyzing raw materials and finished products to meet performance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Formulation, Research and Development (R&D), and product innovation
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Skills, including equipment handling and safety protocols
- Competence in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Analytical Skills to assess product performance and resolve formulation challenges
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fields
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
- Prior experience in skincare or cosmetics formulation is an advantage
