Role: Formulation Scientist – Transdermal / NDDS

Experience: 2–6 years
About the role:
Work on development of novel transdermal drug delivery systems involving advanced formulation strategies and device integration.
What you’ll do:
- Develop formulations for transdermal and micro-structured delivery systems
- Optimize drug loading, release, and stability
- Build and test early-stage prototypes
- Work in a fast-iteration environment
Requirements:
- Experience in NDDS / topical / transdermal systems
- Strong understanding of polymers and drug delivery
- Hands-on experimental mindset
