About the role

The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.

The Ticket Operations Representative provides exceptional guest service, assist guests with any Grand Prix Plaza or Las Vegas Grand Prix ticket sales, and help troubleshoot any ticketing issues.

These are seasonal positions that will work May - September 14, 2025. 30-40 hours/week

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with all ticket related inquires and on-site issues.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and transact ticket sales for all Grand Prix Plaza experiences and the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
  • Troubleshoot ticket delivery issues or kiosk difficulties.
  • Assist guests with any attraction time slot exchanges or refund requests.
  • Complete all opening and closing responsibilities during their assigned shifts.

Department Operations

  • Work with the Ticket Operations Manager and Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to stay knowledgeable and up to date on any guest service situations, special events, or other ticketing related items.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months within the ticketing industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in Archtics preferred.
  • Must have exceptional guest service and communication skills.
  • Must possess an understanding of how to troubleshoot various mobile ticketing issues.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, work indoors or outdoors with environmental conditions such as inclement weather.
