Role Description The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing all billing operations and ensuring accurate, timely processing of patient and insurance claims. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes managing invoicing, supervising billing staff, monitoring billing systems, and resolving discrepancies or billing issues. The Billing Manager will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize the revenue cycle, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and implement process improvements. The role also involves preparing regular billing reports, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of billing process and invoicing, with experience managing end-to-end billing operations.
- Proficiency in billing systems and related hospital information systems.
- Analytical skills to review billing data, identify trends, and resolve variances.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, including claim submission, follow-up, and collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospital or healthcare billing management is preferred.
- Ability to lead and mentor a billing team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
