🚨 We’re Hiring: Forging Die Shop & Tool Room In-Charge

🕒 Experience Required: 7+ Years
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on professional to lead our Forging Die Shop & Tool Room operations. If you have strong technical expertise and leadership skills in die manufacturing and maintenance, this could be a great opportunity.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update die history cards systematically
• Ensure timely availability of dies for smooth forge shop operations
• Strong understanding of hammer dies and press dies
• Efficiently manage overall tool room activities
• Identify manufacturing defects in forging dies and coordinate for rectification
• Ensure quality standards of dies and trim plates before dispatch to forge shop
• Hands-on knowledge of die manufacturing processes on VMC, lathe, milling, etc.

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in forging industry is a must
• Ability to manage teams and meet production timelines
