Experience Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock, including Identity Cloud
• Experience in managed services or enterprise IAM operations
• Experience handling large-scale user lifecycle management
• Experience supporting SaaS IAM platforms in production
Soft Skills
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a SaaS production support model
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and process ownership mindset
• Ability to balance engineering initiatives with operational workload
• Vendor coordination and escalation management skills
