🚨 We’re Hiring: Forge Shop Shift Supervisor
📍 Location: Jamshedpur
🕒 Experience Required: 1–2 years
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional to join our forge shop team as a Shift Supervisor. This role is ideal for candidates who have a foundational understanding of forging operations and are eager to grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
• Basic understanding of the forging process
• Exposure to hammer and press operations
• Good knowledge of forging quality standards and inspection
• Understanding of forging dies and their maintenance
• Familiarity with billet heating systems (billet heater)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
