ONLINE FOREX MENTOR (REMOTE) –
Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, disciplined, and self-motivated Online Forex Mentor to train, guide,
and develop traders into consistent and professional market participants through virtual learning
platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong market expertise with effective online teaching,
mentoring, and coaching abilities while delivering an engaging learning experience for students across
different time zones.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver structured online training in Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis through virtual
platforms.
Guide traders in developing, testing, and executing disciplined trading strategies.
Provide expert coaching on risk management, including Risk–Reward ratio and capital
preservation techniques.
Review traders' performance and provide clear, actionable feedback for continuous
improvement.
Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions and live online group classes.
Develop traders' discipline, consistency, and a professional trading mindset.
Ensure active student participation and engagement during virtual learning sessions.
Support students from multiple regions while maintaining high-quality online learning
standards.

Requirements
Proven experience in Forex trading under live market conditions.
Strong track record of disciplined trading and risk management.
Prior experience in online mentoring, coaching, or training traders (preferred).
Strong understanding of global financial markets and trading behavior.
Ability to deliver interactive and engaging online classes using virtual communication platforms.
Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage to support students from diverse
backgrounds.
Candidates based in India are preferred for operational and time-zone support requirements.

Additional Responsibilities & Conditions
This is a fully remote/online mentorship role.
Conduct scheduled online classes, mentoring sessions, webinars, and workshops.
Manage assigned online trader communities, if allocated.
Maintain accurate company records and reports in prescribed formats.
Work during the designated night shift:
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (UAE Time), or
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (UAE Time)
Support students primarily from the UK and other international regions based on academy
scheduling requirements.
Be available for online workshops, seminars, and student support sessions whenever required.
Attend virtual meetings with management and clients whenever required.
Maintain polite, respectful, and professional communication at all times.
Adhere to the company's dress code and maintain a well-groomed professional appearance
during all online sessions.
Ensure a stable internet connection, a professional remote working environment, and the
necessary equipment to deliver uninterrupted online classes.
