We prove it every year by growing quicker than any other company in the space and servicing the most well-known courses around the nation. We run every aspect of a club including the restaurant, the reservation system, the pro shop, and retail store, their marketing, CRM, and member billing. Our strength is in the breadth of solutions we provide and our drive is to make it easier for these small club owners to provide the best experience.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join us in supporting and servicing our website clients. This role revolves around handling CMS platforms like Joomla and WordPress. It's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to enhance their technical prowess in web development, technical support, and server administration.

The ideal candidate exudes a positive, customer-centric attitude and thrives on being highly organized and proactive. They'll be instrumental in our company's operations, ensuring top-notch customer support. If you enjoy working with and assisting people while contributing significantly to our processes, this role is perfect for you.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am – 3 pm ET

Responsibilities 

  • Responding to customers via phone, email or chat.
  • Miscellaneous Website updates using WordPress or Joomla
  • Adding/editing event calendars
  • Adding/editing pop ups
  • Adding/editing online store products
  • Website Edits
  • Creating/editing Email marketing newsletters
  • Clientside troubleshooting
  • Custom CSS editing

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills for seamless interactions with both customers and colleagues.
  • Profound understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or PHP is a plus, although not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects of diverse complexities, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Self-driven individual with robust problem-solving abilities and a keen conceptual mindset.
  • Collaborative spirit to excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a supportive atmosphere.
  • Eagerness to embrace new learning opportunities with enthusiasm.
  • Availability to work on weekends once a month
