<div>The Field Service Technician performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests for a multi-family residential community in <strong>Eagle Lake, FL</strong>. Must be able to communicate effectively with community team members and provide outstanding customer service.<strong><br> <br> General Accountabilities:</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple units</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair problems with HVAC and water systems</li>
<li>Painting </li>
<li>Plumbing maintenance and repair </li>
<li>Pressure washing</li>
<li>Electrical maintenance and repair (i.e. light bulb change, smoke detectors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.) </li>
<li>Perform move-in/out and semi-annual inspections alongside Property Manager</li>
<li>Preventative or seasonal maintenance </li>
<li>Orders parts, supplies, or equipment</li>
<li>Performs general cleaning duties of properties which may include junk removal</li>
<li>Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work</li>
<li>Computer competency is required to complete work orders</li>

<li>Experience and skilled across different maintenance trades</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>
<li>3+ years of related experience </li>
<li>Licensed driver and vehicle</li>

<li>Computer competency </li>
<li>Customer service</li>
<li>Communication </li>
<li>Equipment maintenance</li>
<li>Repairing </li>
<li>Troubleshooting </li>

<li>Ability to climb stairs </li>
<li>Ability to travel up and down a ladder</li>
<li>May be required to lift up to 85 lbs</li>
<li>Must be able to operate, if necessary, small machinery (i.e. Mower, weed-wacker, etc.) </li>
