<div>The Community Manager supports the daily operations of a multifamily residential community located in Eagle Lake, FL, ensuring smooth leasing, resident satisfaction, and compliance with property policies. This is an <strong>on-site position</strong> based in the leasing office Eagle Lake, requiring consistent in-person interaction with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.<br> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong> </strong>Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, renewals, collections, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.</li>
<li>Serve as a first point of contact in the leasing office — greeting residents and prospective tenants, handling inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.</li>
<li>Process new lease applications, verify qualifications, and ensure compliance with all leasing procedures and Fair Housing regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities to prospective residents.</li>
<li>Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections to maintain high-quality standards and minimize vacancy loss.</li>
<li>Support rent collection, post payments, and assist with delinquency management.</li>
<li>Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and upkeep of the property.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure services are completed in accordance with property standards </li>
<li>Maintain organized resident files, reports, and correspondence in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing and resident retention initiatives to promote a positive community atmosphere.</li>
</ul><div><strong> Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong> </strong>Minimum of 4 years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or related real estate role preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and leasing procedures.</li>
<li>Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for an on-site leasing office setting.</li>

<strong> Work Environment:</strong><br> This position is based <strong>on-site in the community’s leasing office</strong>, with regular interaction with residents, vendors, and prospective tenants. While rare, after-hours or weekend work may be required based on emergency situations.<br><br>
