Description

Job Summary:
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems used in aerospace products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical documentation, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards. 

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical components, harnesses, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions 
  • Perform wire routing, crimping, stripping, soldering, and connector installation 
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications 
  • Conduct continuity tests and basic electrical testing to ensure functionality and compliance 
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship 
  • Maintain compliance with aerospace standards, including quality and safety regulations 
  • Document work completed and report any discrepancies or defects 
  • Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards) 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience (aerospace or manufacturing preferred) 
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints 
  • Experience with hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment 
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred) 
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity 
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
