Job Title: Foreign Language Specialist (Work From Home)Location: Remote (WFH)

Job Summary:We are seeking skilled Foreign Language Specialists to support a global customer service process. This role is ideal for candidates proficient in Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, or Bahasa (Malay/Indonesian) who can effectively manage international customer interactions and deliver exceptional service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions via voice, chat, and email in the respective language
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Consistently meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Languages Required:- Thai
- Korean
- Vietnamese
- Bahasa (Malay / Indonesian)
Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum B2 level proficiency in the required language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
