- Korean Language Expert
- Vietnamese Language Expert
- Bahasa (Malaysian) Language Expert
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer interactions via chat, email, or voice
- Translate and interpret communication accurately
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
