· Drives continuous improvement in existing STA processes and procedures
· Develops and enables the cascade of global processes and procedures and any changes to appropriate
Purchasing, STA, PD, and supplier personnel
· Develops and produces reports to give insight into the effectiveness of STA processes and procedures
· Develop details of process requirements for STA IT projects and test system changes.
Responsibilities

· Develop details of process requirements for STA IT projects and test system changes.
Implementation of e-CAR (Capacity Analysis Report), electronic Blue Bar, electronic Ramp up Robustness & digital tools for internal & external suppliers.
Coordinate with the internal IT team on development & project deployment.
New features enhancement & coordination with internal team members.
Troubleshooting large data with the IT team for refactoring.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Quality Tools: Q1, Global Product Development System (GPDS), Supplier Improvement Metric, PPAP, Advance Product Quality Planning, and Prevent Recurrence.
Cross-functional workplace.
Project administration.
Proficiency in both writing and speaking English is necessary for efficient communication with a multinational team.
Supplier site development & program experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, both administrative and analytical
effective presenter and ability to develop executive presentation materials & training materials for global suppliers.
Knowledge of managing SharePoint Administration and Qlik Sense preferred
ability to train and effectively communicate
Microsoft Office/Ford System Knowledge adept user
Knowledge of problem-solving tools
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and concerns
