You'll have...
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- High Proficiency in programming languages and formats including C, C++, Python, JSON, and YAML.
- Advanced DevOps skills using LLM integration, agents, cross application and database API integration
- 1+ years of related experience with vehicle electrical architecture, topology, body systems and/or features.
- 1+ years of experience in DevOps and software development
- Concept, Logical and Technical requirement elicitation and authoring in plain text or Gherkin formats.
- Strong learning agility, advanced systems thinking, and exceptional analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Exposure level functional knowledge of electrical module design, networking, wiring, power distribution, chassis systems, and body systems (including lighting, climate, seats, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly understand, articulate, and resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrated emotional resilience to effectively negotiate cross-functional trade-offs.

- A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of related experience in an Automotive Engineering role.
- Strong skills using industry-standard tools such as Jira, Jama, FEDE, VSEM, DevOps tools (e.g., Github, Visual Studio), and Matlab/Simulink.
- Extensive Electrical Systems Engineering experience, including a deep understanding of the systems engineering V-model.
- Experience in automotive software Design & Release (D&R).
- Experience with Vehicle-to-Cloud (V2C) work.
- Expertise in Vehicle cybersecurity.
- Proven launch experience in automotive programs.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $85,400-$143,200., This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $99,600-$146,600.
