The ideal candidate will have strong reset merchandising experience, is a self-starter & quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in independent situations. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.<br><br>

<strong>Who We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting</div><div>· A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting</div><div>· Someone who is comfortable in changing environments</div><div>· Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:</div><div>o Standing and walking 3-8hrs</div><div>o Lifting up to 50 lbs</div><div>o Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements</div><div>· Possesses excellent organizational skills</div><div>· A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.</div><div>· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule.</div><div>· Set all shelves, end caps and displays, to provided planogram (POG).</div><div>· Ensure sections are properly tagged.</div><div>· Pack out any backstock from the backroom.</div><div>· Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area.</div><div>· Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.</div><div>· Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.</div><div> </div>
