Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Module Maintenance Department, based in Nagpur. The responsibilities include ensuring optimal performance and longevity of equipment through regular maintenance and repair. Tasks involve implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing equipment maintenance activities. The role also includes addressing operational challenges and ensuring smooth functioning of all machinery related to module performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance to enhance equipment reliability
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting to resolve operational challenges efficiently
- Working expertise in Maintenance practices related to solar PV and renewable energy systems
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in solar energy, renewable power generation, or related industries is a strong advantage
