1.Footwear Women’s Buyer / Product Development Manager / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategy for women’s footwear category
Coordinate with vendors and factories for sampling, costing, and production
Trend analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking
Finalize materials, colors, and designs in line with brand requirements
Cost negotiation and margin management
Ensure timely development and on-time delivery
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in footwear buying or product development
Experience with brands or buying houses is mandatory
Strong vendor management and sourcing skills
Good understanding of materials (PU, TPR, EVA, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. Footwear Sports Shoes Buyer / Product Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end development of sports footwear (running, athleisure, etc.)
Work closely with factories on molds, tooling, and technical specifications
Develop tech packs and ensure product performance standards
Costing, price negotiation, and vendor coordination
Ensure quality, fit, and comfort standards are met
Requirements:
5+ years in sports footwear buying or development
Strong knowledge of sports shoe construction and materials
Experience working with factories and international standards
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
3. Footwear Women’s Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design innovative and trend-driven women’s footwear collections
Develop sketches, CADs, and tech packs
Work closely with buyers and product team for range development
Research global trends, materials, and color stories
Follow through from concept to final sample
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in footwear design
Strong portfolio in women’s footwear
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Good understanding of materials and construction
4. Footwear Technologist
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality, fit, and performance standards
Conduct product testing and approvals (BIS, FDDI, SGS standards)
Work with factories on technical specifications and improvements
Resolve production and quality issues
Monitor compliance with safety and quality norms
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in footwear technology/quality
Strong knowledge of testing standards and production processes
