Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Footwear Merchandiser based in Mumbai. The role involves managing product merchandising, overseeing the retail and sales process, assisting customers, and ensuring marketing initiatives are implemented effectively at various retail outlets. The Footwear Merchandiser will collaborate with teams to ensure product visibility, maintain strong customer relationships, and analyze market trends for strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Marketing techniques to enhance product visibility and implement promotional campaigns
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to align product offerings strategically
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
