Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Football Coach at Laurel High Global School, located in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and running football training sessions, developing players' skills and fitness, and creating game strategies. The role involves motivating and mentoring students, fostering teamwork, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines during practices and matches. The coach will work collaboratively with other staff and actively contribute to students' physical and personal growth through sports.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Football Coaching and Coaching strategies to guide and develop players’ skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Football, including techniques, rules, and game tactics.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively instruct, motivate, and mentor students and coordinate with staff.
- Proficiency in individual and team Training, promoting discipline, teamwork, and fitness among players.
- Relevant certification or experience in coaching football and a passion for working with students.
- Ability to create a positive and encouraging environment for student-athletes while promoting physical health and discipline.
- Prior experience as a school or youth-level sports coach is an advantage.
