Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Football Coach based in Bilaspur. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing player skills, and implementing coaching strategies. Additional responsibilities include evaluating team performance, mentoring players, and fostering their overall growth both as athletes and individuals. The role also involves collaborating with club management to achieve team objectives and participating in matches and events.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Football Coaching, with a strong understanding of game techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in Coaching and Training players to improve their skills and performance
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively mentor players and coordinate with staff
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire teamwork and positive sportsmanship
- Prior experience as a football coach is highly preferred
- Relevant certifications or licenses in football coaching
- Passion for football and a commitment to driving player development
