Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Football Analyst Trainee. The role involves analyzing football games, gathering performance data, and providing insights to support scouting and talent evaluation. The trainee will assist in sports analytics, maintain communication with the scouting team, and contribute to the development of strategies to optimize athletic performance and team success. Day-to-day tasks include identifying promising players, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team for efficient and goal-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Football and scouting methodologies
- Proficiency in Sports Analytics and Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Passion for football and understanding of player development strategies
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A degree or relevant coursework in Sports Management, Analytics, or a related field is highly desirable
- Experience in the sports industry or analytics is a plus
