Rider Engagement and Communications Specialist (Freelance)

Responsibilities: - Create engaging content for foodpanda rider community, including but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, announcements etc. - Maintain a positive community and facilitate communication between riders and foodpanda - Gather rider feedback and insights to help improve rider experience - Support with rider-focused initiatives and events Requirements: - Excellent communication and copywriting skills - Passion for community building and engagement - Understanding of the food delivery industry and rider needs - Proficient in social media management and content creation - Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines - Prior freelance or part-time experience preferred
