AI and Chatbot Intern

This is a remote position. Chatbot Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions across platforms like websites, messaging apps, and voice interfaces. Integrate chatbots with CRM, ERP, and other business systems to enhance functionality. AI Model Implementation: Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks to create conversational models. Fine-tune pre-trained AI models to align with business use cases. Customization and Optimization: Implement personalization strategies to improve user engagement. Continuously monitor chatbot performance and implement enhancements based on analytics and user feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to align chatbot functionalities with business objectives. Coordinate with data science teams to leverage insights for chatbot training. Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform rigorous testing to identify and fix bugs or issues. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of chatbot solutions.
