Key Responsibilities
- HACCP Monitoring: Daily checking and implementation of food safety plans.
- GMP: Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices are followed on the shop floor.
- *Audit & Documents*: Keeping all quality documents ready and helping during factory audits.
- Lab Testing: Operating testing instruments like ELISA, Randox, and others used for honey analysis. Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in the food industry (Honey industry experience is preferred).
- Location: Candidates from *Jaipur* or nearby locations are preferred.
- Skills: Must know how to handle lab instruments and maintain clear records.
