Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Food Technologist Intern, based in Bengaluru. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the research and development of new food products, conducting sensory evaluations, and performing quality control checks. Additional responsibilities include working in laboratories to analyze and document data, ensuring product safety, and adhering to high standards of food science and technology. The role also involves supporting the team in continuously improving processes to uphold the brand’s commitment to health and nutrition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sensory Evaluation and Research and Development (R&D)
- Strong foundation in Food Technology and Laboratory Skills
- Experience or knowledge in Quality Control processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A passion for health-focused food and innovation
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
