Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Technologist based in West Bengal, India. The Food Technologist will be responsible for ensuring food safety and quality standards, developing new food formulations, conducting tests to improve product shelf life, and monitoring production processes. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to optimize recipes, oversee compliance with food regulations, and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Science, Food Safety Standards, and Quality Assurance
- Experience in Product Development, Recipe Innovation, and Food Processing Techniques
- Strong skills in Research, Testing, and Problem-Solving within food production
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and certifications related to the food industry
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a similar field
- Experience in the food production industry is a plus
