Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Technologist based in Jaypee Aman, sector 151, Noida. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, engaging in research and development of new products, and ensuring quality control measures are met. Daily tasks will include testing food formulations, refining production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product trails. The position demands a hands-on approach to innovation and a strong adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sensory Evaluation and advanced Food Technology knowledge
- Experience of atleast 2 years in product development for FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including food sample analysis and testing
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes and practices in the food industry
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for innovative food products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications is a plus
