Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food Technologist based in Kolhapur, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks. The Food Technologist will oversee sensory evaluations, ensure quality control standards, and support research and development initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing test results, and improving product formulations while maintaining compliance with food safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with production teams to ensure the consistency, safety, and innovation of our spice blends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Technology and familiarity with industry trends
- Strong skills in Sensory Evaluation to ensure flavor and quality consistency
- Hands-on Laboratory Skills and experience with food testing methods
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes and standards
- Background in Research and Development (R&D) for creating innovative product formulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality and safety protocols
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food industry is highly desirable
