Hiring: Food Technologist (Full-time, On-site – Mumbai)
We’re a small, hands-on team working on emulsified food products. Our range includes eggless mayonnaise, cheese-based sauces, flavoured sauces, and spreads used across retail and food service.
We’re looking for a Food Technologist who enjoys being involved across the product lifecycle from formulation and trials to production scale-ups and quality checks.
What you’ll work on:
• Developing new emulsified products and improving existing ones
• Managing emulsification, texture, mouthfeel, and batch consistency
• Conducting sensory testing and shelf-life studies
• Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards
• Supporting lab-to-production scale-ups in a small manufacturing setup
Who this role suits:
- Someone with a Food Technology / Food Science background, experience with emulsions or sauces, and the willingness to take real ownership in a small team environment.
