Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Wada by Hotel Gavran Tadka, located in Pune District. The Food Server will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, providing attentive customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily restaurant operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in service areas and assisting colleagues when required to enhance the dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong Communication skills
- Experience in Food Service and knowledge of Food & Beverage handling
- An understanding of Cooking basics and restaurant operations is beneficial
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous experience as a food server or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge or passion for Maharashtrian cuisine is an added advantage
