Food Scientist – Central Kitchen (Non-Veg Focus)
We are looking for a Food Scientist to support R&D and quality for our central kitchen operations, with a strong focus on non-vegetarian products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize non-veg recipes (chicken, mutton, seafood) for scalability
- Improve taste, texture, and shelf life of products
- Create SOPs for consistent production across outlets
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI standards
- Work closely with operations to maintain product quality across locations
- Conduct trials, testing, and continuous product improvement
Requirements
- Experience in R&D/QA with non-vegetarian products
- Strong understanding of food processing and preservation techniques
- Ability to scale recipes for central kitchen production
- Good documentation and communication skills
