We’re making food safety learning practical.
Instead of sitting through generic lectures, we’ll be inside actual cafés or restaurants, observing everyday practices through a food safety lens.
You’ll see how hygiene and safety really work in food service establishments, discuss what’s done well, and understand where improvements matter.
