Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Processing Machine Operator located in Kochi. The Machine Operator will oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of food processing machinery. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring products meet the company’s standards. This role also involves the use and proper handling of hand tools, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines, and promptly addressing any machinery issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling food processing machinery
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring product standards
- Knowledge of using and maintaining Hand Tools and general machinery
- Strong Communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork
- Attention to detail and ability to follow operational and safety protocols
- Prior experience in food processing or a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a food production setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
