Corporate Marketing Manager

About The Role

Food People is working with a semi-government entity in the UAE looking to onboard a Corporate Marketing & Branding Manager in their HQ and work with Global teams to lift the company positioning and drive their agendas

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize corporate press materials, and media kits/tools in multiple languages tailored to the needs of various business units.
• Draft press releases as required, maintain relationships with agencies and coordinate media relationships and interviews when needed
• Design the main external communication guidelines and develop the core content to share with external stakeholders
• Design main internal communication guidelines develop the core content and ensure that company messages are consistent and transparent across all touchpoints
• Design a strategic marketing plan enabling organizational growth by focusing on market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations
• Manages the marketing and communication teams to develop advertising campaigns, write and distribute press releases to the media, find new ways to disseminate information about the company, and establish brand recognition worldwide
• Ensure the onboarding, coordination, and communication of these assets at the regional and business unit levels
• Act as the point of contact for requests and coordination with the business units
• Take care of the continuous update of the group website as soon as new information (ex., corporate culture) is released

Key Ingredients

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Corporate communication, and a master's would be highly desirable
• Over 8 years of Corporate Marketing experience
• FMCG background is ideal with expertise in food highly preferable
• Strong stakeholder management skills with prior experience of reporting to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Arabic is a plus
