Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, procurement, vendors, and cost control.
Supervise, train, and lead the F&B team.
Monitor food costs, reduce wastage, and optimize resources.
Ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and cost control.
Ability to manage operations efficiently and solve problems proactively.
